“More is More!”
…at least in costumes! Layla Mary, the organizer of this event, kicked off Retro Night by talking about all the wonderful costumes of the 70’s and 80’s. She went on to explain that then, dancers would perform ant all different kinds of clubs and had to learn a variety of dances to perform for different ethic audiences. She said it was truly an education.
The energy was great and the dancers performed to all songs from the 70’s and 80’s.The show was so inspiring, each dancer brought back not only the vintage costumes, but the movements and feeling of the time.
